Lots are the collection of bales (100-140).

The first image is the lots page, which shows available inventory and details. Each card bears the average quality metrics of the lot, which is ubiquitous to the trade.

The overlay in the second screen pops up on clicking the card, revealing more detailed metrics. It has interaction to view certificates and messages.
The bottom buttons are to toggle between different lots.

The third item in the image is a cotton test certificate. We operated labs to test the cotton and provided the certificates ourselves.

Messages was the UX we wanted to provide as the whole of the lot trade business is running by sharing information on Whatsapp. We gave a intuitive feel to the platform.

Test data is easily accessible through the chat page as seen in the overlay(third image).

Honestly, the is capital heavy and it could not be scalable. We learn this the hard way after doing our pilot. The main blocker was that the testing of cotton could give ambiguous results as the labs we had and used in the industry don't actually maintaining the standards those machine require and the highly standard machines will cost a fortune even if we had the money.

Altough it didn't take it provided ground to build my product skills to transition into product management roles.
